Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If there is a problem, please contact us and we will help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Unwanted Items, Accidental Orders or Wrong Size Ordered

You may return most unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with packaging where possible. Reasonable handling is allowed, similar to what would be expected when viewing an item in a shop. If an item or its packaging has been damaged beyond reasonable handling, we may make a deduction from the refund.

For unwanted items, accidental orders or items ordered in the wrong size, the customer is responsible for the return postage cost. If an exchange is requested, the customer is also responsible for the postage cost of sending the replacement item.

You also have the legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days from the day after you receive the goods. If you cancel within this period, we will refund the item price and the standard original delivery cost. Goods must be returned within 14 days of telling us that you wish to cancel.

Faulty Items or Incorrect Items Received

If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover the return postage cost and any replacement postage cost.

You have the right to reject faulty or incorrect goods within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund. After 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement is not possible, unsuccessful, or not provided within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Once we have received the returned item, or proof that it has been sent back, we will process the refund as soon as possible.
