Returns Policy

Returns and Exchanges Policy:

We offer free returns and exchanges depending on the order circumstances.

Accidental Orders:

If you accidentally purchase the wrong item or size, the postage costs for returning the item and sending a replacement must be covered by the customer. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after you receive the goods. If you cancel within this period, we will refund the original delivery cost. The item should be in its original, unused condition to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Reasonable handling similar to what you would do in a physical store is allowed. Any excessive damage to packaging or the item may result in a deduction from the refund total. The customer must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation.

Faulty Items / Incorrect Item Received:

If you receive a faulty item or an item different from what you ordered, we will cover all returns and exchange costs. You have the right to reject faulty or incorrect goods within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, you can request a repair or replacement. If these are not possible or fail, you can then request a price reduction or a refund.
